OUR RESEARCH PLATFORMS

The Bioplatforms genomics network includes a suite of state-of-the-art instrumentation covering short read and long read next generation sequencing, Sanger sequencing, microarray technology, and single cell capability. The Bioplatforms genomics network is nationally distributed, ensuring researchers have access to both local engagement and national scale.

Ramaciotti Centre for
Genomics

South Australian Genomics Centre (SAGC)

The SAGC provides a broad range of services including RNA sequencing, small RNA sequencing, exome and genome sequencing, epigenomics, metagenomics, single cell genomics and a range of custom methods. These services are supported by a dedicated Bioinformatics Platform.

Integrated Multiomics Services

Our network offers a seamless multiomics service, integrating genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics for comprehensive biological insights. This capability also supports project design and consultation and data integration and analysis.
